ADMIN SETTINGS

The Settings section consists of three sub-sections: Configuration, Domain Names, and Admin Users.

Configuration

The Configuration sub-section contains information critical to a site’s configuration within a given Obiki installation.

The Site Name may or may not be the site's domain name; it simply describes the site and appears in the Select Site dropdown.

The Static Directory Root is the name of the folder in the Obiki installation that will contain all documents not uploaded through the Obiki interface. These may images, css documents, etcetera. This directory may be accessed by FTP (SSL).

Domain Names

The Domain Names tab allows the user to manage all domain names associated with the site. Domain names appear in a list, and new domain names may be added at the bottom of the screen. Clicking the del button next to any domain name deletes it from the list. The default radio buttons are used to specify one domain name as the default.
